Every company has a story, and ours began in 2014. Our founder, Jose J. Segovia, didn't start in a workshop—he started in the field as a Realtor with a passion for the Lexington community.

For the first three years, Jose dedicated his efforts to client services and sales, but he soon discovered his true calling wasn't just selling homes—it was transforming them. He realized that many homeowners needed a partner who understood both the technical side of construction and the strategic side of property value.

In May 2018, Jose founded Lex Investment Group, focusing on house flipping and complex home renovations. With over 10 years of combined experience in real estate and home improvement, he saw an opportunity to bring that investor-level quality directly to local homeowners.
